WHAT DOES MUNICIPAL STRUCTURED FINANCE MEAN AT WFHP?

WHAT IS TEFRA APPROVAL?
TEFRA approval is the public notice, public hearing, and approval by the applicable elected official or governing body that federal tax law requires before tax exempt private activity bonds can be issued. The name comes from the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982. Sequencing TEFRA correctly is a core part of WFHP's execution.
